Comparison of Diagnoses About Sacral Fracture Complicated with Nerve Injury by CT and X-ray

目的探讨CT与X线对骶骨骨折合并神经损伤诊断的临床价值比较。方法回顾性分析医院收治的45例骶骨骨折合并神经损伤患者的影像学检查资料,比较CT与X线对骶骨骨折合并神经损伤诊断的临床应用价值。结果螺旋CT确诊率明显高于X线片(P<0.05)。螺旋CT骨折分型正确率同样高于X线片(P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT扫描的结果同手术所见结果基本一致,可将其作为骶骨骨折合并神经损伤的检查手段,其临床价值值得肯定。

Objective To compare and analysis the diagnosis about sacral fracture complicated with nerve injury by CT and X-ray.Methods 45 patients with sacral fracture complicated with nerve injury were examined by spiral CT and X-ray between June 2015 and June 2018 in hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results The diagnostic rate of spiral CT imaging was significantly higher than that of X ray detection(P<0.05).The correct rate of fracture classification of spiral CT imaging was also higher than that of X ray examination(P<0.05).Conclusions The results of spiral CT scan are basically consistent with the results of the operation,which can be used as a diagnostic method for sacral fracture combined with nerve injury,and its clinical value is worthy of recognition.
