流产后关爱服务的临床应用效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Application Effect of Post-abortion Care Service

目的探讨流产后关爱(PAC)服务对人工流产术后患者的临床应用效果。方法选择2018年2月至2018年6月在本院接受人工流产术的患者400例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各200例。观察组给予标准化流产后关爱服务,对照组实行人工流产常规护理方法,观察两组的临床应用效果。比较两组患者避孕知识掌握率、6月内非意愿妊娠重复流产发生率、护理满意度情况。结果观察组患者避孕知识掌握优良率为90.50%,对照组为83.50%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者6月内非意愿妊娠重复流产发生率为1.00%,对照组为5.00%,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为97.00%,对照组为92.50%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流产后关爱服务可以提高避孕知识掌握率、降低非意愿妊娠重复流产率,同时提高了护理满意度,有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of post-abortion care(PAC) service on the clinical application of patients after induced abortion.Methods 400 cases of induced abortion in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 200 cases in each group. The observation group was given standardized post-abortion care service, while the control group was given routine nursing methods for induced abortion, and the clinical effect of the two groups was observed. The control rate of contraceptive knowledge, the incidence of repeated abortion in unwanted pregnancy within 6 months and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of contraceptive knowledge was 90.50% in the observation group and 83.50% in the control group, which was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of repeated abortion of unwanted pregnancy was 1.00% in the observation group and 5.00% in the control group within 6 months, which was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 97.00%, and that of the control group was 92.50%. The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Post-abortion care service can improve the contraceptive knowledge mastery rate, reduce the repeated abortion rate of unwanted pregnancy, and improve the satisfaction of nursing. It has better clinical application value.
