摘要
子痫前期(preeclampsia,PE)属于妊娠期高血压疾病中的一种,对孕妇以及新生儿的生命安全产生严重的威胁,至今对于其发病机制仍然不是十分明确。微小RNA(MicroRNA, miRNA)是能够对基因表达进行调控的非编码小RNA。首先在秀丽隐杆线虫中发现的,能够对线虫的生长发育起到调控作用^([1])。经过研究发现,microRNA对子痫前期的发生产生一定程度的影响,能够参与滋养细胞的侵袭,参与缺血缺氧的调控等,文中主要针对microRNA对子痫前期的影响进行有关综述。
Preeclampsia(PE) is one of the hypertension diseases complicating pregnancy and poses a serious threat to the life of pregnant women and newborns. The mechanism of its pathogenesis is still not very clear. MicroRNA(microRNA, miRNA) is a non-coding small RNA that can regulate gene expression. Which was first discovered in the nematode, it can play a regulatory role in the growth and development of nematode.The study found that microRNA has a certain degree of influence on the occurrence of preeclampsia,it can participate in the invasion of trophoblast.Also participate in the regulation of ischemia and hypoxia.This article mainly reviews the effects of microRNA on preeclampsia.
