人乳头瘤病毒疫苗防治宫颈癌的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 宫颈癌在全球最常见女性恶性肿瘤中排列第4位,严重威胁世界女性健康。大量研究发现,宫颈癌的发生、发展高度依赖于高危型人乳头瘤病毒对子宫颈的持续感染。因此,对宫颈高危型人乳头病毒感染的预防和治疗成为了防治宫颈癌工作的重中之重。在此基础上人们开始了宫颈HPV疫苗的研制工作并最终成功上市,促使宫颈癌成为了目前唯一可有效预防并有望完全根除的癌症。
