氧化锆全瓷修复体的研究进展

摘要 随着口腔修复材料学发展,氧化锆全瓷修复体,由于具有良好的美学性能、较好的生物相容性、较高的机械强度、优越的断裂韧性、较低的放射性和较好的光学性能,日益得到口腔医师及患者的青睐。然而氧化锆基底材料与表面饰瓷常常发生剥脱与崩裂,导致修复失败。如何避免饰面瓷的破坏,增强氧化锆与饰面瓷间结合强度,提高全瓷修复体修复成功率成为近年来的研究热点。本文将就近年来关于如何增强氧化锆与饰面瓷之间的结合强度进行综述。 With the development of dental restorative materials,zirconia all-ceramic restorations are increasingly favored by dentists and patients because of their good aesthetic properties,better biocompatibility,higher mechanical strength,superior fracture toughness,lower radioactivity and better optical properties.However,the stripping and cracking of zirconia base materials and surface decorative ceramics often occur,which leads to the failure of repair.How to avoid the damage of decorative porcelain,enhance the bonding strength between zirconia and decorative porcelain,and improve the success rate of all-ceramic restoration has become a research hotspot in recent years.In this paper,we will summarize how to enhance the bonding strength between zirconia and veneered ceramics in recent years.
