电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗术的围手术期护理观察

Observation of Perioperative Nursing Effect of Bronchoalveolar Lavage with Electron Bronchoscope

目的 对电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗术中实施围手术期护理的效果进行探讨,以期为进一步提高手术治疗效果提供参考。方法 对我院于2017年7月至2018年7月期间接收的84例行电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将患者资料按照护理模式的不同分为对照组40例与观察组44例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用围手术期护理干预,对两种护理模式下患者手术前后血气指标变化情况、护理满意度进行对比观察。结果 与常规护理的对照组相比,术前观察组各项血气指标均无明显差异(P>0.05);术后两组血氧饱和度(SpO2)及氧分压(PaO2)均明显升高,二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)均显著下降(P<0.05),且与同时期的对照组相比,观察组术后SpO2及PaO2显著较高,PaCO2显著较低(P<0.05);在护理满意度方面,观察组患者明显较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 在电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗术中应用围手术期护理干预,可有效改善患者的血气指标,相对于常规护理,患者的满意度更高,对于促进患者预后改善、营造和谐的护患关系具有积极意义,值得推广。

Objective to explore the effect of perioperative nursing during alveolar lavage with electronic bronchoscope,so as to provide reference for further improving the effect of operation.Methods The clinical data of 84 patients undergoing bronchoalveolar lavage in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing patterns,patients were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(44 cases).The control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group with perioperative nursing intervention.The changes of blood gas index before and after operation and nursing satisfaction were analyzed in two nursing modes.Comparative observation.Results Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in blood gas indexes between the preoperative observation group and the routine nursing group(P>0.05).The blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)and partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)were significantly increased and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)decreased significantly in the two groups after operation(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the SpO2 and PaO2 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.PaCO2 was significantly lower(P<0.05).In the aspect of nursing satisfaction,the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the operation of bronchoalveolar lavage,The use of perioperative nursing intervention can effectively improve the blood gas index of patients.Compared with routine nursing,patients’satisfaction is higher.It is of positive significance to promote the improvement of patients’prognosis and to create harmonious nurse-patient relationship,which is worth popularizing.
