摘要
本文通过建立精馏塔严格稳态数学模型,对长期不能投入运行的精馏塔双温差控制系统进行了分析,指出原UOP设计的双温差控制方案中灵敏塔板与参照塔板的位置选择不合理。经模型精确仿真计算,提出改进方案,成功地投入了双温差控制系统,从而保证塔的稳定运行及产品质量,提高产品收率,取得了经济效益。
A dual temperature differential control system in a distillation column, which failed to work for a long time has been analyzed, by establishing a strict steady-state mathematical model of the column. It is pointed out that the location of sensitive and reference trays was unreasonably determined in the original UOP designed configuration. Through the medium of accurate model simulation, an improved design is proposed and successfully put into operation.
