摘要
文章剖析了所谓“徐潼铝谷”现象,认为从中应引发我们对电解铝工业的合理布局、电力利用、铝投资热以及合理开发利用我国能源等问题进行科学地探索与思考。
In this paper the phenomenon of Xu -Tong Aluminum Valley is described and a nalyzed.Proceeding from the very phenomenon,it is worthwhile to carry out scientific exploratio n and reflection on rational layout o f electrolytic alu-minum industry,utilization of electric power,project investment of aluminum enterprises and rational exp loitation and uti-lization of China' s energy sources,etc.
