摘要
在具有空中作业机构的市政建筑工程车辆中 ,空中作业的人机安全是十分重要的。车辆升降机构的稳定可靠是实现安全作业的必要条件之一。笔者分析和研究了该类车辆的作业特性 ,推荐在升降机构的液压系统中采用液压双路安全阀的技术。施工作业时 ,由于突发原因 ,执行系统的一根液压胶管破断 ,液压安全阀的一个阀芯迅速动作 ,关闭此阀口 ,确保空中作业机构和生产人员的安全 ;同时液压安全阀的另一个阀芯使另一根液压胶管继续工作 ,从而保证系统正常工作。笔者应用了安全液压阀的工作原理 ,建立了阀芯的运动方程 。
The safety is very important in construction and municipal machinery with sky mechanism. The reliability of the equipment is one of necessary conditions in safe work. In the article, it is analyzed that the work characteristic of the machinery, and introduced that the hydraulic double hoses used in the machinery. When a hose is damaged in case of emergency, the one of safe valve core abruptly moves, and the breakdown way is closed. At the same time, the other safe valve core and hose worked and the machinery regularly works. On this basis, the principle of the valve is discussed, the equations of its movement are set and the safe feature is calculated.
