摘要
阐述了房地产预警研究中存在的几个误区,尝试着从哲学的角度对房地产预警研究中的一些理论和方法进行分析,提出了提高房地产预警效果的若干建议。
In the paper,the author expounds several defects in the research of the early warning of real estate and analyzes these defects from a philosophical perspective,giving some countermeasures at the end of this paper.
