摘要
文章对市场经济条件下企业违信行为的表现形式作了概要介绍,综述了企业信用问题状况,从理论与现实两方面分析了企业违信行为产生的原因,并在此基础上提出了治理企业违信行为的管理对策。
Starting with the importance of credit to the development of enterprises, this paper briefly introduces the forms of enterprise's breach of credit under the market economy, and analyzes the reasons of the breach from the angle of both economic theory and practice. Based on this, this paper puts forward managemental countermeasures against the breach.
