一场罕见的“非典”疫情袭扰着我国。在这场灾难中,有关部门的官僚主义做法客观上导致了它的蔓延和延误了对它的防治,在人民群众中间造成了不良的影响。因此,人们对行使知情权的需求和政府信息公开的要求越来越高,《政府信息公开法》也呼之欲出。

A SARS(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) epidemic has harassd our country. In this calamity, the bureaucratic style of work of the related departments has caused SARS to spread and delayed objectively the prevention and control of SARS,and which has had a bad influence on the people. As a result, people require the right to know and the opening information more and,more strongly. What' more,people asked China's government to work out the special law of 'government'information o-pening'immediately.
