焦炭显微强度的测定及其与煤性质的关联 被引量:6

Measurement of coke micro-strength and its relation with coals property

摘要 研究了16种不同煤阶煤生成焦炭的显微强度.在不同变质程度煤生成的焦炭中,无烟煤和弱黏煤具有较高的显微强度,其它煤种生成焦炭的显微强度随挥发分的升高而轻微下降;加热速度升高,显微强度也下降.焦炭显微强度与煤样挥发分和岩相组分可以回归出关联式:M=87 35-0 45Vdaf-3 82I,r=0 658.焦炭显微强度与真相对密度间无明显的相关关系. Coke microstrength produced by 16 different rank coals were measured. Cokes breeze of produced by anthracites and weakcaking coals have high microstrength, other cokes microstrength decreases slightly as coal volatile increases. Increasing heat rate leads microstrength going down. The relation between coke microstrength and coals volatile and petrography can be deduced as follows: M=8735-045 Vdaf-382I,r=0658 1.No evident relation between coke true relative density and microstrength was found.
