摘要
研究了16种不同煤阶煤生成焦炭的显微强度.在不同变质程度煤生成的焦炭中,无烟煤和弱黏煤具有较高的显微强度,其它煤种生成焦炭的显微强度随挥发分的升高而轻微下降;加热速度升高,显微强度也下降.焦炭显微强度与煤样挥发分和岩相组分可以回归出关联式:M=87 35-0 45Vdaf-3 82I,r=0 658.焦炭显微强度与真相对密度间无明显的相关关系.
Coke microstrength produced by 16 different rank coals were measured. Cokes breeze of produced by anthracites and weakcaking coals have high microstrength, other cokes microstrength decreases slightly as coal volatile increases. Increasing heat rate leads microstrength going down. The relation between coke microstrength and coals volatile and petrography can be deduced as follows: M=8735-045 Vdaf-382I,r=0658 1.No evident relation between coke true relative density and microstrength was found.
