摘要
毕业生求职是一个充满矛盾和竞争的艰难过程。毕业生求职中常见的心理障碍有焦虑、急躁、自卑、茫然、孤傲冷漠、问题行为及躯体化症状等,毕业生可以通过正视现实、敢于竞争、不怕挫折、放眼未来等途径来进行自我调适。
Looking for jobs is a hard process, full of contradictories and competitions. Meanwhile, it is also a psychological process, relevant to motives,abilities, characters, emotions and wills. Restricted by individual complex, group complex and social complex, it is unavoidable for the graduates to have mental disorders. Graduates` common mental disorders are as follows: worry, impetuosity, inferiority, ignorance, indifference, unnormal behaviors, somatization, etc. Graduates have to face the reality, challenge the competition, overcome the frustration and take the whole future in view. Doing so, graduates can adjust themselves.
