On the Income Difference of Citizens

就我国居民收入差距的现状、形成的原因、对经济生活的影响等进行了阐述,并提出落实加快城镇化和工业化进程、搞好下岗人员再就业培训、进行开发性扶贫工作和强化最低生活保障制度等几项主要措施,以保证收入差距的缩小。

This article emphatically elaborates the present situation of income difference of citizens, the reason, its effect on the economy and the method of how to narrow it. It is suggested that the progress of urbanization and industrialization be quickened, retraining of the lay-off workers practised, development of the impovertshed area and the minumun income system maintained in order to narrow income difference.
