An Exploration of the Competitive Co-operation between Our Country's Commercial Banks and Foreign Financial Institutions

自加入WTO以来 ,我国商业银行面临的最大压力就是五年过渡期结束后 ,能否迎接外国金融机构的挑战 ,获得生存。本文从金融竞争中的合作角度 ,对我国商业银行如何主动迎接挑战 ,正确选择迎接挑战的方式进行了探讨 ,力求通过认识金融竞争式合作的必要性 ,分析我国商业银行与外国金融机构竞争式合作的障碍 。

After joining the WTO, the greatest pressure our country's commercial banks facing is whether they can address the challenge from foreign financial institutions and continue to survive after the five-year transition period. From the angle of competitive co-operation in financial field, this article discusses the problems as for how the Chinese commercial banks should meet the challenge actively and how to choose the challenge approach correctly so as to analyse the obstacles hindering the competitive co-operation between the Chinese commercial banks and foreign financial institutions. It tries to explore the effective co-operative means for commercial banks through understanding the necessity of competitive co-operation in financial field.
