摘要
本文立足时局 ,在总结出“现代企业要在竞争中取得优势的关键在于寻求长期稳定的客户群体”的基础上 ,结合PCRM系统 ,就如何提升高企业的 3S(速度、扩展、分享 )能力。
Based on the conclusion that the key for the modern enterprises to acquire the competitive advantage lies in searching the long and steady customer group, and by utilizing the PCRM system, this article explores the ways on how to upgrade the enterprises' 3S Ability (speed, spread, share) , how to retain the existing customers , how to look for the potential customers and moreover how to gain the enterprises' advantage in the customer-centred competitiveness.
