天津驰名商标法律保护的现状及对策

The Present Situation on the Well-Known Trademark Protection in Tianjin and the Countermeasures

本课题组对天津驰名商标的现状及其法律保护的状况进行了调研。通过分析现实问题 ,并对我国现行有关驰名商标保护的法律法规与国际公约进行比较研究 ,向立法机关、司法机关和社会各有关方面提出了相应的建议。我们认为 ,如果措施得力 ,天津驰名商标法律保护的状况将上一个新的台阶 。

This article makes a study on the status quo of the well-know trademarks and the legal protection of them in Tianjin. By analyzing the existing problems and making a comparative study between the present laws and regulations about protecting the well-known trademarks and the international conventions, this article puts forward some suggestions to the legislative bodies, judicial organs and some related societies. We think that if we take proper measures, the situation of legal protection of well-know brands in Tianjin will make new progress and the work of creating new famous brands among the well-known enterprises of Tianjin will realize the frog-leap development.
