介绍ASBR(膜法 ) SBR法处理化妆品生产废水的工程实例 ,总结系统的启动和运行结果。废水在ASBR(膜法 )处理单元中进行的水解反应 ,提高了废水的可生化性 ,降低了SBR处理单元的负荷 ,缩短了曝气时间 ,保证了系统的处理效果。根据实测 ,在进水CODCr为 45 4~ 3 15 8mg L条件下 ,经该系统处理 ,出水CODCr均在 15 0mg L以下 ,CODCr平均去除率为 94 0
An engineering example of treating cosmetic-producing wastewater by the process of ASBR(membrane process)-SBR is introduced,and the start-up and running results of the system are summarized.The biodegradability of the wastewater can be raised by the hydrolytic reactions in ASBR treatment element,by which the load of SBR treatment element is lowered,aeration time shortened and the treating effectiveness of the system guaranteed.According to the measurements,having treated by the system COD Cr of the effluent is less than 150 mg/L with an average removal rate of COD Cr of over 94% when the COD Cr of the influent is in the range of 454 mg/L~ 3 158 mg/L.
