摘要
通过对一种新型的烧结金属在高温下的除尘实验 ,研究了在风速不同时通过不同厚度的滤料层时的压力损失 ,以及不同粒径的去除效率。并在此基础上总结了压力损失与风速和滤料厚度的关系式 ,结果表明此关系式能较好地符合实验。
The pressure loss in different wind velocity through different thickness of a sintered metal is analyzed based on the dedusting experiments at high temperature by this metal.The dedusting efficiencies of the dusts with different diameters through the metal are presented.The relations of the pressure loss with the wind velocity and the thickness of the metal are derived,which supplies a basis for the study on the overall treatment of the flue gas in the future.
