摘要
用硝酸、高氯酸混合酸分解样品 ,加入浓盐酸将Te(Ⅵ )定量还原为Te(Ⅳ ) ,Fe3+ 作减缓剂 ,与KBH4 反应测定碲量 .研究了不同量Fe3+ 与盐酸浓度对Te荧光强度的影响 ,以及干扰元素对Te测定的影响和Fe3+ 抑制干扰的效果 .检出限为 0 .0 4× 10 - 6 .
The mixture of HCl and HClO 4 can be used to Samples dissolve.High concentrations of hydrochloride (HCl) acid is used as a reducing agent to reduce Te(Ⅳ) to Te (Ⅵ) quantitatively ,in which Fe 3+ is used as a buffer.The effects of different concentrations of Fe 3+ and the different acdity of HCl were examined in the ability to affect concentration of fluorescent,as well as interfence elements on the effect of measuring Te and inhibitin interfence.The detection limits was 0.04×10 -6 .
