川中小流域综合治理与开发研究

Research on Comprehensive Control and Exploitation of Small Watershed in Middle of Sichuan

借助Arc/ViewGIS的辅助决策作用,综合分析了四川省遂宁市市中区玉丰小流域的流域地理条件和水土流失现状,在此基础上因地制宜地提出了小流域综合治理的指导思想、建设目标以及措施布局。同时指出小流域综合治理要坚持治理与开发相结合,要向广度和深度发展,不断提高科技含量,走产业化发展的道路。

With the assistance of Arc/View GIS, the geographical conditions and the present situations of soil erosion in the Yufeng watershed, Suining city, Sichuan province, are discussed. Based on these results, the principles, the aims and the measures are put forward to comprehensively control small watershed adjusting measures to local conditions. In comprehensive control of small watershed, associating control with exploitation, developing further and extensively, enhancing continuously the content of science and technology, going on the way of industrialization, are pointed out. 
