摘要
目的 :研究观测两侧端脑脑回的侧别差异性 ,并探讨其与机能之间的联系。方法 :取32例成人正常端脑标本 ,将其主要脑回区染以不同颜色。然后对其形状及面积进行观察、测量 ,并分析其结果。结果 :额上回、额中回、额下回、舌回、楔叶、楔前叶、角回、缘上回及顶上小叶的面积是左侧大于右侧,而颞上回、颞中回、颞下回及海马旁回的面积是右侧大于左侧 ;其它脑回两侧面积无显著差异 ;两侧角回、缘上回和顶上小叶的形状不对称 ,其余脑回形状两侧是对称的 ;脑回具有相对固定的形状。结论 :一些脑回面积存在侧别差异,少数脑回形状也存在显著侧别差异 ;其它脑回无侧别差异。
objective:To provide important anatomic data for the anatomy of cerebrum and find out the connection between the function and the morphology of cerebrum.Methods:To choose 32 normal specimens of adult cerebrum then paint with different colors on some important cerebral gyris.Then the area and form of these gyris in both sides were observed and measured.Finally the data was studied and analyzed.Results:Some gyris are symmetircal in their form and area.Some gyri are asymmetrical in their form and area.The others are symmetrical in their form but their arrearages are asymmetrical. The symmetrical or asymmetrical of the area of gyris are the reflections of the cerebral funations.The forms of the gyris are regular.Conclusions:Some gyris areas have asymmetrical difference.A few gyris areas have distinct asymmetrical difference.The others have no asymmetrical difference.
