摘要
目的 :探讨银汞合金充填窝洞后牙体折裂的相关因素。方法 :分析34例经牙髓治疗的后牙采用银汞合金充填窝洞后牙体折裂的可能因素。结果 :本组牙折34例病例均为死髓牙经髓治疗后 ,13例牙合面洞 ,充填体厚度大 ,未调牙合 ;21例邻牙合洞 ,牙体缺损大 ,牙合面超过中分达2/3处 ,未调牙合。结论 :牙髓活力丧失 ,缺损范围大 ,充填体厚度大和咬牙合创伤均可导致牙体折裂。
Objective:To explore the relative factors causing tooth body fracture after filling silver-mercury alloy in cavities.Methods:To analyses the possible factors that may cause tooth body fracture after filling silver-mercury alliy in cavities.Results:34 cases were dead tooth medulla.After tooth medulla treatment,13 cases appeared molars caries,21 cases appeared neighbor caries.Conclusion:Lost of tooth medulla activity;large area of cavity and thick filling body may result in tooth body fracture.
