ANew Method Determining the Operating Oil Pressure in Radial Spring-Loadedand Axial Disc Brake Systems for Winders

针对现有提升机制动系统油压确定方法存在不适用于径向弹簧且误差较大的不足,提出一种仅利用在两种不同工作油压下制动力矩闸测试值来计算、确定径向式弹簧闸和盘形闸制动系统工作油压的方法,经实际测试验证是准确、简便、有效和可靠的。

The existing methods determining the operating oil pressure in a brake systemare not suitable for a radial spring-loaded brake system and not accurate enough.This paper puts forward a new method determining the operating oil pressure inradial spring-loaded and disk brake systems for winder by means of the testingvalues of the brake force obtained at two differently operating oil pressures, whichhas been proved by practical test to be accurate, effective and reliable.
