摘要
探讨了振荡脉冲射流作为气举破碎器的可行性。理论和实验研究了在淹没条件下振荡脉冲射流破碎硬土岩层和松动矿床的动态特性。振荡脉冲射流不仅能有效地破碎水下粘土层、松动矿床砂粒,而且能产生脉冲上举力,促使砂粒快速地进入气举吸头,气举速度以及气举管中砂粒浓度明显增大。
The paper investigates the feasibility using the nozzle of the oscillating pulsed jet as the breakerand loosening device for the airlift or centrifugal pump, and experimentally researches the dynamiccharacteristics of the oscillating pulsed jet to crush the hard clay and to loosen the layer of oredeposit under the submerged condition.The investigation shows that the oscillating pulsed jet cannot only effectively break the hard clay or loosen the particles of sand on the placer bed, but alsoproduce fluctuating uplift forces acting on the particles of sand to make them move to the end ofthe suction pipe quickly, so the velocities of the airlift to penetrate the hard clay and the concentrationof the solid in the sollid-liquid mixture sucked by the airlift or sand pump are increased obviously.
