摘要 按照构造虚拟样机步骤创建三维模型、验证模型、细化模型、分析模型,对矿用汽车制动器虚拟样机进行分析研究,为新车型制动器开发提供了可靠的依据,提高了产品研制的成功率。 The virtual prototype technique can play efficient, accurate and swift role in the each stage ofproduct development, and it can solve all kinds of complex problems. According to steps inconstructing a virtual prototype, a 3D prototype is created, and it is verified, refined and analyzed.Analysis and research on the virtual brake prototype of a mine truck provide a reliable basis fordevelopment of the brake for a new truck, thus increasing the success probability developing amechanical product.
