摘要
介绍了采用电动执行器代替摆式给矿机,通过采用新的控制方法代替PID调控算法,达到了使用要求。并对该给矿控制系统的长期使用进行了分析和讨论。
After the swing feeder is replaced by the electric performer, great change hastaken place in the features of the automatic feed control process. The demands ofcustomers are met because the PID adjusting and controlling algorithm is replacedby the new control method. Finally, the author analyzes and discusses the usageof the control system in a long term.
