教育信息化是现代教育的重要特征和发展方向，现代校长培训必须符合并追踪这个大方向，唯有如此“十五”干训才可以称之为“现代校长培训”，才可能为新世纪我国基础教育提供优质的服务。因此，如何将教育信息化有效地纳入新一轮中小学校长培训的运行机制，并在观念与实践上实现新的突破，是泉州地区“十五”干训一个具有挑战性的重要课题。

Educational information science is the key feature and developing orientation in the modern education. Only following thi s orientation，the tenth five-years plan cadres’ training can be conside red as the modern principals’ training. It provides excellent service to our country's elementary education in the new century. How to inc lude the educational information science effectively into the new train ing of principals and to carry out the new break-through in the idea and practice has become a provocative and important task in Quanzhou.
