摘要
本文通过对中美两国特殊教育师资培养中的培养模式、课程设置、教师任职资格等方面的比较研究,力求探讨我国特殊教育师资培养中存在的问题及发展方向。
This paper tends to explore the existing problems and its developing orientation of the teachers training in the state special education through a comparative study on the aspects of training patterns,curriculum establishment,teachers' status qualification etc.between the Sino-US special education.
