摘要
改革开放以来，我国走上农村工业化和城镇化的发展道路。在农村城镇化建设中，由于公众环境意识淡薄、法制建设滞后以及执法行政主导体制等原因，造成生态环境恶化的趋势难以抑制。对于如何增强环保观念、保护生态环境、治理环境污染、发展环境产业、加强环境法制建设等问题进行探讨。
The villages start to turn into the process of industrialization and the evolution from villages to towns after reform and opening in our country. Due to the low level of the public′s idea on environment，the construction on legal system，the system of law enforcement which is conducted by government，it is difficult to hold back the worse trend of ecological surroundings. The essay is to talk about these problems such as how to strengthen the idea of environment，protect the ecology，deal with the pollution，develop the environmental industries，construct the law，and so on.
