People in Shandong area like to eat scallion and garlic which play an important role in their daily diet.People in Shandong not only like to eat raw scallion and garlic,but also use them as the main ingredient or condiment in the cooking.The custom of eating scallion and garlic is influenced by many factors,which include the long history and excellent quality of scallion and garlic planting in Shandong region.Also,it is closely related to the needs of people’s daily diet,diet regimen,and the formation and promotion of group personality.
