摘要
以一氧化碳加氢和二氧化碳加氢为独立反应、甲醇和二氧化碳为关键组分,建立了鲁奇副产蒸汽管壳型甲醇合成塔催化床的一维拟均相数学模型,并求得管内各组分气体浓度和温度分布。讨论了不同操作条件对出口甲醇浓度和产量的影响。由于管外副产4.0MPa 的蒸汽,床层温度平稳。
One-dimensional methematical model for Lurgi tube-shell type methanol synthesis reactor with by-product steam has been developed by taking hydrogenation of CO and CO_2 as the independent reactions of methanol synthesis and mathanol and CO_2 as the key components.The gas concentration and temperature profiles inside the reactor tubes have been also obtained.The operating conditions affecting the outlet methanol concentration and product have been discussed.Calculation results indicated that at definite space velocity,the outlet concentration of methanol decreases and that of product increases with the increase of inlet gas flow rate,while with the increase of pressure or inlet CO concentration,both the outlet concentrations of methanol and product increase.The hot spot and exit temperature may change a little with the change of operating conditions.Although the inlet temperature could change,the hot spot and exit temperature are almost the same.It was found from simulation that the temperature of the catalytic bed keeps steady by the by-product(4.0 MPa) steam outside the tubes.
