摘要
1 前言氯蜡—70是石蜡经深度氯化而制得的含氯量为70%的氯化石蜡,是性能优良的添加型阻燃剂,生产该产品能平衡氯碱工业的氯气。制备氯蜡—70相对于其他种类阻燃剂工艺过程较简单,生产成本低。目前,石蜡氯化合成氯蜡—70,主要采用光氯化法。但光氯化合成氯蜡—70过程的微观动力学特征的复杂性,在不同时间、不同温度、不同光源、不同的氯气流量等条件下,几乎都同时伴随着多种控制,影响因素亦多,过程相当复杂,难以进行数学分析。至今。
In this article,the reaction kinetics of the synthesis of chlorinated paraffin-70 from paraffin and chlorine gas via photochlorination is discussed.The relationship between reaction time and chlorination depth of the paraffin,under optimum conditions,is established as follows: (Cl%)=αexp(b/t)(α=77.36 b=-0.5409) and,from this,the rate equation obtaived is r=-αb exp(b/t)/t^2 which reflects the change of chlorination depth with time.The results indicate that the relationship between the calculated value(L_C)and the experimental value(L_E)of this reaction is linear,i.e. L_E=-1.400+1.006L_C(correlation coefficient R=0.979).
