摘要
根据建立的八碳重整反应网络和动力学模型,在压力微型反应器装置和 H/C 摩尔比为10,压力为8~12kPa,温度为460~500℃的条件下进行的动力学实验,用区域约束参数估计方法和实验得到的90套实验数据,估计出了反应网络中各个反应的动力学常数和压力指数,计算出各个反应的频率因子与活化能,模型的计算值与各个组分的实验值能够很好的拟合,并能比较好地预测模型中各个组分的产物分布。
A new reaction network for the catalytic reforming of hydrocarbons was proposed and an appropriate kinetic model was developed.The modified Marquadt method was used for parameter estimation.Meanwhile a new complex method was also developed for the determination of initial values of kinetic constants. The experiments were conducted in MR-80 microreactor with online GC analysis under conditions of 460.480.500 C and 8×10~5.10×10~5.12×10~5 Pa hydrogen pressure.The catalyst used was Pt-Sn/Al_2O_3.All measurements were made at constant activity and selectivity. The results predicted by the model fit the experimental data fainly well.
