摘要
研究了以海藻酸为载体的固定化德氏乳酸杆菌间歇增殖过程,提出增殖模型;建立了稳态时具有轴向返混的固定化细胞柱连续发酵动力学模型;提出了固定化细胞柱初始非稳态过程的数学模型,并对这两个过程进行推算,推算结果与实验结果比较是令人满意的。
The cell growth process of Lactobacillus delbrueckii immobilized by alginate calcium entrapment method was studied.The mathematical models of both startup period and steady-state with axial dis- persion in a packed-bed fermentor filled with immobilized L.delbrueckii cells were proposed and the agreement between the predicted and experimental results were satisfactory.
