摘要
针对煤矿设备易腐蚀等特点,着重研究了用于煤矿设备的防腐涂料的制备,通过改变环氧树脂、锌粉的含量来研究环氧富锌防腐涂料的工艺性能,分析了涂层附着力、柔韧性、硬度、耐容性及耐腐蚀性能,根据涂层整体综合性能变化确定了环氧富锌防腐涂料的最佳配方,为环氧富锌防腐涂料的生产与使用提供基础数据。实验证明新配方涂料达到了防腐的目的。
Based on the character that the mining equipment is easy to be corroded,this paper studied the antiseptic dope which would be used to protect the mines equipment .The paper studied the annular-oxygen and rich zinc antiseptic dopes properties through changing the content of annular-oxygen rosin and zinc powder. and at the same time,studied the adhesive force,flexibility,hardness,resistance to wear,and resistance to corrosion and so on. At last,it chose the best prescription of the dope based on the synthetically properties changing of the dope,and proved the basic data for using and producing the dope. The results show the new prescription of the dope reaches the target of anticorrosion.
