摘要 对65Mn钢进行了深冷处理和磁场深度处理。力学性能实验表明,经深冷处理后无论低温回火态还是中温回火态综合力学性能均明显优于常规淬火回火态。磁场深冷处理对65Mn钢力学性能的有益作用远超过一般深冷处理。在硬度.强度提高的同时,冲击韬性明显改善,耐磨性大幅度提高,具有显著强韧化作用。磁场深冷处理作为中小型零件强韧化工艺可以在生产中应用推广。 This paper deals with the study on deep cryogenic treatment process and magnetic deep cryogenic treatment of 65Mn steel. The experimental result for mechanical properties indicates that after the process of deep cryogenic treatment, whether in the state which was low temperature tempered or middle-temperature, the 65Mn steel抯 integrated properties are better than which was conventional quenched and tempered. The benefit of magnetic deep cryogenic treatment process for 65Mn steel is far better than that of conventional deep cryogenic treatment. with the hardness and strength improved, the impacting toughness and the anti-attrition ability has improved at the same time,so the hardening and toughing function is obvious. this method can be used in production as the hardening and toughing process for small , middle dimension parts
