固定化细胞载体扩散性能的研究

摘要 测定了葡萄糖溶液在多种固定化细胞载体内的有效扩散系数。研究了聚乙烯醇(PVA)的浓度,PVA 与海藻酸钠的比例,以及扩散温度对有效扩散系数的影响。并以固定化枯草杆菌生产α—淀粉酶为例,探讨了有效扩散系数 D_e 与固定化细胞活性的关系。在实验条件下得到:D_e=1.58×10^(-1)-(5.6φ)-5.9T)×10^(-7)lgD_e=0.77y-5.093式中 T 为绝对温度,φ为 PVA 的重量百分浓度,y 为 PVA 与海藻酸钠混合物中海藻酸钠的重量百分率。当 D_e 为18.3×10^(-6)cm^2/s 时,固定化枯草杆菌的活性出现最大值。 The effective diffusivities of glucose solution in different supporters,used for immobilizing cells were measured.The effects of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)concentration,ratio of PVA and sodi um alginate and temperature on the effective diffusivities were investigated.The relationship be tween effective diffusivity and activity of immobilized cells was examined by testing the production of α—Amylase from immobilized Bacillus Substils as an example.Under the experimental condi- tions the results showed: D_e=-1.58×10^(-4)-(5.6Φ9-5.9T)×10^(-7) lgD_e=0.77y-5.093 where T is the absolute temperature,Φ is PVA concentration,and y is the percentage of sodium algi- nate in the mixture of PVA and sodium alginate.There was a maximum value of activity of immo bilized bacillus substils when D_e was 18.3×10^(-6)cm^2/s.
