摘要
论述了当前航空兵部队人机的现状,分析了导致人机矛盾的原因,并结合当前兵员紧、装备新、任务重、保障难、要求高等问题,运用马尔科夫模型提出实行专业、人员优化的原则和方法,阐述了克服人、机矛盾的紧迫性和重要性。
In this paper the situation of man-machine in air force is presented, analyzed the causes of the situation. Furthermore, combined with the problem which involve being scare of staff, equipments being too new, large amount of mission, support being too difficult, the standard of requirement being too high, model of Markov is presented to optimize person and specialty. Urgent and significance to overcome the contradiction of person-aircraft is elaborated.
