Conceptions on Introducing "Mental Health Education" Course in Teachers' Colleges

教师对学生的影响是深刻的、长期的、潜移默化的,教师素质对学生的发展起着重要的作用。教师心理健康作为教师心理素质的一个重要反映和指标,不仅有利于教师在职业生涯上的发展,有利于教师自身的身心健康、生活幸福,更有利于学生全面发展、健康成长。

Students are influenced by their teachers in a profound,long_term and subtle way.The latter's quality plays a decisive role in the former's development.Teachers' mental health,an index to their psychological quality,is not only helpful to their own career,health and happiness,but also more conducive to their students' healthy and all_round development.The present paper illustrates the importance of mental health education in teachers' training and puts forward a proposal that the course of mental health education be conducted in teachers_training institutions.
