Analysis of the Reasons for Abnormal Meltdown in the Process of Motors' Electric Protection

在三相异步电动机的电气保护中,经常使用熔断器作为短路和过载保护,但熔断器非正常熔断的现象时有发生,如不及时采用相应措施,电机可能因断相运行,而产生烧坏电机绕组等故障。本文系统地分析了引起熔断器非正常熔断的几种常见原因。

In the process of the electric protection of three- Phase asynchronous motors, fuses usually are used to protect the short circuit and overload. Sometimes, there are some wrong phenomena of the meltdown of fuses. To solve this problem, immediate measures are necessarily made, or motors will generate winding to spoil the motor' work. This paper systematically analyses main reasons of the abnormal meltdown.
