摘要
本文以探讨磷铵管式反应器的工作原理为基础,阐述了以保持通过单位反应器截面的反应量(以反应热的通过量表示)相等,作为放大准则的机理。指出在放大设计时,强化气-液两相间质量、热量、动量传递的重要性。给出了与之匹配的设计参数取值范围;以及在反应器规格设计完成后,必须做好的各项工作。
Based on discussion of the principle of the pipe-line reactor for the production of ammonium phosphate, the mechnism of scaling up rule, in which the reaction amount(expressed as the flux of reaction heat) through unit sectional area of the reactor is kept constant, is described detailly. The importance of intensifying the mass, heat and momentum transfer between gas and liquid phases is emphasized, and the value limits of the design parameters associated with the transfer performances are given, finally, the necessary work which should be elaborated after accomplishment of the basic design of reactor are proposed.
