摘要
建立了树脂催化合成反应器的数学模型,通过约束优化的罚函数法得出了双酚A合成反应器进料中苯酚对丙酮的最佳配比M_α,反应料液的最佳进料温度T_α和适宜的单程转化率α。据此设计的绝热反应器经生产实践证实反应操作平稳。
A mathematical model for reactor with resin as catalyst is established and solved by the optimization problem with constrains, so that the feed ratio of phenol and acetone, optimal feed temperature and single-pass conversion are given for the titled reactor. The adiabatic reactor designed on the basis above is run steadily in a commercial plant.
