摘要
提出了对铝型材挤压模具在全寿命周期进行护理的思路,并针对全寿命周期中三个重要环节———高温条件下模具材料表面软化、减摩和常温防锈进行了研究。试验表明:采用自行配制的模具护理剂可起到常温防锈、高温减摩、防止模具材料在高温条件下硬度降低的作用,该技术可在一定程度上提高模具的寿命。
A new idea of protecting aluminum alloy extrusion die during its whole service life is presented.According to the idea,three important factors including material soften and decrease of frictional force when extruding at high temperature and anti-rust are researched by experiments.A product is developed to solve them.It shows this technology and product can extend service life to some extent
