整体X光透镜对点源、面源、线源的传输效率的计算 被引量:1

THE CALCULATION ON THE TRANSMISSION EFFICIENCY OF MONOLITHIC POLYCAPILLARY X-RAY LENS FOR X-RAY SOURCE OF ANY SHAPE

摘要 系统阐述了如何由有限大小面源测得的透镜传输效率计算点源的传输效率 ,并进而由点源的传输效率计算各种规格面源和线源的传输效率 . By using the same kind of source with different sizes, the properties of monolithic polycapillary X ray lens are measured. Both Cu and Mo anode sources are used in the experiment. By using these experimental results, the transmission efficiency of point source can be calculated. Further, the transmission efficiency of sources with different diameters and line sources can be calculated by the results of the point source. The experimental results of Cu 0.3 mm×3 mm line source are compared with the calculated value.
