摘要
本文介绍了甲醇洗工艺中部分气化冷凝、绝热闪蒸器和塔系模拟计算方法和结果。相平衡和焓模型采用修正的PR状态方程,方程中引入极性因子和采用二元相互作用系数与温度相关的二次加和形式混合规则。工艺采用五塔流程,全流程用相同的二元相互作用参数,热区两个塔用泡露点法,而冷区三个塔采用流量加和法进行模拟计算,得到的结果与某工厂的设计数据和生产实际数据十分吻合。
The modelling and calculation results are reported for partial vaporization condensor, adiabatic flashing column and column system in the methanol washing process. The modified PR EOS is used^1 in the phase equilibrium and enthalpy calculation, in which the polar factors and binary interaction parameters related to temperature are introduced. In the five-column process proposed in this paper, in which the binary interaction parameters are only used, the simulation and calculation are carried out for the two columns in hot zone and three columns in cold zone with dew point method and sum rates method respectively; The calculated results are in good agreement with the design and operating data of a commercial plant.
