本文研究了将双醋酸钠及其复配物应用于大水分的玉米、玉米面及一些饲料的贮存中,当用量在0.1～0.75％(wt.)时,最长防霉期可达120天以上。

We studied the application of sodinm diacetate and its compounds to the storage of high moisture corn, powdered corn and feed. When the content is in the range of 0.1％ to 0.75％(wt.), the longest time on storage to inhibit mold can be above 120 days.
