凝聚法制备氢氧化铁溶胶的工艺优化研究

摘要 以三氯化铁和尿素为原料制备氢氧化铁溶胶。根据初步实验结果,确定了影响溶胶的四个主要因素,设计了正交实验,根据产品外观,在520nm处的吸光值,用十二烷基苯磺酸钠沉淀所得重量,确定了溶胶的最佳条件。 Iron hydroxide colloid was prepared with iron chloride and urea as material. According to initial experiment results, four main pepization influnced factors were determined. Making rhombic experiments, best condtions were determined for preparing iron hydroxide colloiid using their absorbability at 520nm and the weight precipited by sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as optimization object.
