摘要
本文介绍一种高收率的制备高纯度的三羟甲基丙烷三甲基阿烯酸酯的方法。该方法原理简单,合成途径简捷,无需使用阻聚剂,从而大大地简化了后处理工艺,生产成本降低。
We recommend here a method for efficiently preparing high purity trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate(TMPTMA). Using methacrylic acid, thionyl chloride and trimethylolpropane starting materials, we can make the product with a percentage yield of≥98 and a purity of 99.9％. The method we used is quite simple. Moreover due to the low reaction temperature, polymerization inhibitor is not needed, this simplified the purificatiou process, hrnce, reduced the cost.
